- Blend the mangoAdd ripe mango chunks to a blender.Pour in honey syrup (or maple/simple syrup).Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add mango to the glass:Pour the blended mango purée into the bottom of a tall glass to create a golden base.
- Add iceFill the glass with ice cubes to keep the layers crisp and refreshing.
- Layer the mango: Pour the mango purée into the glass as the base.
- Pour milkSlowly pour chilled fresh milk (3.5% Full-cream Milk or can also be any milk of your choice) over the ice and mango.
- Prepare the matchaSift 2 teaspoon of matcha powder into a bowl to remove clumps.Add 1 oz hot water (140-158°F / 60-70°C) and whisk briskly until smooth and frothy.
- Make the whipped creamIn a small bowl, add cream and a splash of milk.Mix in a 1 oz of the prepared matcha for color and flavor.Froth until light, airy, and slightly green.
- Top the drinkSpoon the matcha whipped cream over your latte.Garnish with a sprinkle of matcha powder or a mango slice for café vibes.
