  • 2 tbsp hot water (140-158°F / 60-70°C)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt unsweetened or lightly sweetened
  • ½ cup oatmilk
  • 4 teaspoons honey maple syrup, or agave (optional, to taste)

Method

  1. Sift the matcha: Use a small sifter to break up clumps.
  2. Whisk the matcha: Add hot water (140-158°F / 60-70°C) and whisk until smooth and frothy
  3. Prepare the glass with ice: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to keep the drink chilled and refreshing.
  4. Add oatmilk: Pour chilled oatmilk over the ice to create a creamy base.
  5. Add yogurt: Spoon oatmilk yogurt into the glass, letting it blend gently with the milk.
  6. Pour the prepared matcha: Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the yogurt and oatmilk for a layered effect.
  7. Enjoy: Stir lightly if you prefer everything blended.
